- 2 cups Pecans
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
Spice Mixture:

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup erythriol
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 163 degrees C.
- Mix 1 Egg white and 2 tbsp Maple syrup in large bowl, then whisk until frothy.
- Add 2 cups Pecans, 1/2 cup raw almonds, and 1/2 cup walnut halves to bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Combine 1/2 tbsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cayenne pepper, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup erythriol in another bowl.
